I visit a blog daily and part of why I love them is because, not only are they AWESOME photographers, but they share their action shots. My sister (and second shooter) snapped a few of me at a wedding a few weeks ago and I thought I’d share. Although I chose not to share the ones she shot of me bending over to move lumps of grass out of the way. She said that as she shot them she thought, “Jennifer will looooove these.” Thanks Jo, I really appreciate it.

Sweet Face | Cincinnati Portrait PhotographerJune 30th, 2009How can you resist his sweet little face? I rarely get to see this side of him, let alone catch it on camera. Usually he’s a wild child, but I love these rare moments. PS, I’ve got a new post up over on my weddings blog. Behind the scenes. |

Welcome to Paradise: Cincinnati Wedding PhotographerJune 22nd, 2009Yesterday, my friend Jen and I shot a wedding together. The “Welcome to Paradise” Title comes from a sign they had at the reception, it was a beach/summer theme. Very relaxing. Check out that cake! I am starting a new category on my blog where I offer suggestions and ideas for the brides who read my blog. I’ve put together a post about awesome ideas for your wedding, that WON’T break your budget!
One tip I read on a fabulous blog Style Me Pretty is to save money on your wedding dress, find one that isn’t labeled a Bridal Gown. I found these two in the bridesmaid section and are less than $200 dollars. Whats even better? They are sold at Fabulous Bridal in Covington, Ky. So Cincinnati Brides, head over there and get to ordering!
This one is from Jasmine Bridal Style# L1012

This one is an After6 Bridesmaid Gown Style# 6257

Other ways to save money? Browse for the things you need on Ebay or Etsy.
I found these gorgeous pearl necklaces at an awesome Etsy shop by IrisAccents.
This one is beautiful and only $80. Click on the photo for more info.
This one is absolutley gorgeous and is just the type of necklace that I would create an entire wedding around. Someone please do it so I can photograph it! I would but I’m already married
One more awesome thing I found on Etsy was this cute pomander. Its so vintage chic! It something a flower girl or even your bridesmaids can carry. Thanks to LoveVintageWedding for letting me post this on my blog.
Stay tuned for more suggestions. I have a post about bridesmaids and one all about details lined up. Feel free to leave a comment if you want to hear more.
