Its been 3 weeks since Cora joined our family. I am feeling great this time around. We celebrated Christmas today, as a family tradition, we always celebrate on Christmas Eve. I had a great time with my family and the boys REALLY enjoyed opening all their gifts. I’m feeling so good in fact that I cannot wait to get back to scheduling photo shoots. I’ll be doing some snow-time photo sessions as soon as the weather permits.

I have been wanting to do some relaxed, natural light portraits (my favorite!), but to do that involves doing my hair, changing my clothes and putting makeup on. I wanted to celebrate hitting the third trimester by taking a few photos of myself. I have been wanting to do some relaxed, natural light portraits (my favorite!), but to do that involves doing my hair, changing my clothes and putting makeup on. Plus setting up the tripod and camera… All of that is a lot when you are pregnant, with a 4 year old running around and a masters degree waiting to be completed. But I managed! I’m very happy with how they turned out. Next, Steve and I need to get some together and around 8.5 months, I’d like to actually hire a photographer to do my portraits!
I day-dream of my little girl ever day!!! We’ve decided (for the time being) to name her Eva Lilith. I cannot wait for her to get here. For now, enjoy these photos;
