I haven’t given an update on Tanner since his second birthday in October. I swear he gets crazier and crazier every day and I love him more and more every day. Recently he introduced us to his imaginary Monkey. The monkey lives in the dark and secret places of the house and really shows you the extent of his giant imagination. Not only is this monkey imaginary, but Tanner is also somewhat afraid of it. While Tanner was jabbering away at Jodie on the phone the other night, I am certain I heard him say, “Monkey bite Baby”. That’s only slightly disturbing….He watches too much Animal Planet.
A while back I went through my photos and found a few of Tanner that I hadn’t edited because they weren’t my normal style. I tried something that I’ve wanted to do for a while and it actually worked. I edited them all with the same black and white conversion and amazingly photos that I didn’t really care for before are some of my favorite photos. I have started a collection that I will put together at the end of the year and print as a book to keep for Tanner when he is older. Some of these photos you have seen and some you haven’t but here is the first part of my project:
